Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Business Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing data analysis, and documenting workflows. The role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify objectives, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights to drive project success. The individual will also contribute to creating project plans, communicating requirements to teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

• Strong skills in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation
• Ability to conduct Data Analysis and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Process Mapping, Workflow Creation, and Stakeholder Communication
• Experience in Project Planning and Coordination
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CBAP are a plus
