Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified professional to join our team in the Risk Advisory function. The role involves evaluating internal controls, reviewing SOPs, and supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Risk Advisory (IA) across various departments including production, procurement, inventory, finance, and operations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps or inefficiencies
  • Review, design, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework implementation and monitoring
  • Perform risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Prepare Assurance reports with actionable recommendations and follow up on implementation
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Assurance findings and closures

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Risk Advisory (IA) processes and risk management
  • Knowledge of SOP development and process mapping
  • Familiarity with ERM frameworks
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Understanding of cost Assurance / inventory controls in manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools
