Qualification-CA with 6months of experience (preferred) OR Semi-Qualified CA /MBA with 1+years of consulting experience

Core Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk advisory across business processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, Inventory and Fixed Assets.
• Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessments and control testing.
• Review business processes, identify control gaps and assess compliance.
• Prepare risk advisory working papers and document risk advisory findings.
• Draft risk advisory observations with risks and recommendations.
• Coordinate with process owners for risk advisory queries, management responses and action plan implementation.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of Risk Advisory and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience in risk advisory execution during articleship.
• Good analytical, documentation and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
