Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Experienced Architects and Draftsmen, located in Chennai. The role involves contributing to architectural design and project development, creating detailed draft plans, collaborating with team members on project execution, and managing workflows to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all designs are aligned with client specifications and industry standards. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on diverse and innovative projects in a dynamic and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of industry standards and design principles
- 5 years Experience in coordination, deadline management, and client communication
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural tools and drafting software
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Previous professional experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes is a plus
