Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Negotiate compensation, benefits, and employment terms with candidates (W2, 1099, C2C).
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, immigration guidelines, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

25 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing/consulting environment.
Proven track record of placing candidates in contract and full-time IT roles.
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen).
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in US time zones (EST, CST, PST as required).
