As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Chase Operations team, you will play a key role in creating seamless and engaging voice and chat interactions for our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that align business objectives with the needs of a diverse range of users.
Job responsibilities
- Designs and develops elegant voice and chat interaction solutions, ensuring consistency across products and platforms
- Applies advanced knowledge of conversation frameworks and user journey mapping to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Conducts data-driven analyses of voice interactions to inform design decisions and generate actionable insights
- Collaborates with teams to incorporate inclusive design and accessibility guidelines for all users
- Operates with an iterative design mindset, using user feedback and analytics to improve voice experiences
- Assists in analyzing market trends and user research to inform strategic design decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Three years in user experience design, conversation design, or a similar role focused on voice-enabled digital products
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Behavioral Sciences, Linguistics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to create engaging and functional voice or chat interfaces using industry-standard tools such as Lucid, Miro, Figma, or Voiceflow
- Experience designing and optimizing voice user experiences across multiple platforms, including mobile chat and voice assistants
- Demonstrated ability to interpret conversational data and transform it into actionable insights
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments with voice or conversational products
- Experience with generative AI and large language models to enhance conversational design and automation
