Role Overview - The Sr. Manager – Experience Centre will be responsible for the
end-to-end management of the Experience Centre, ensuring a premium and engaging environment for HNI clients and customers. The role combines
customer experience, product demonstration, operational excellence, and business conversion, while also coordinating with internal teams and international suppliers to showcase world-class fitness & wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete operations and upkeep of the Experience Centre, ensuring a premium, well-maintained, and customer-ready environment.
- Ensure all fitness & wellness equipment is functional, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage scheduling of client visits, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
- Act as the primary interface for HNI clients and key customers visiting the Experience centre.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and curated walkthroughs.
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Ensure a world-class, personalized customer experience.
- Work closely with Sales/Business teams to convert walk-ins and client visits into business opportunities.
- Support proposal discussions by providing technical and product insights.
- Track and follow up on potential leads generated through the Experience Centre.
- Maintain strong knowledge of fitness & wellness equipment (cardio, strength, rehab, specialty equipment etc).
- Ensure compliance with national and international fitness & wellness standards, guidelines, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for product updates, training, and technical inputs.
- Liaise with Head Office / global suppliers for new product introductions, upgrades, and technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Services, Design, Procurement, Finance, HR etc.) for seamless functioning of the EC.
- Lead and guide the Experience Centre team (if applicable).
- Establish SOPs for client handling, demos, and centre management.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Sports Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Fitness & Wellness / Experience Centres.
- Experience in handling HNI clients and high-value product environments
- Exposure to international vendors and fitness equipment preferred
