Global Head of Travel & ExpenseYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will Lead the global, end‑to‑end implementation of the Robotics Travel Program by establishing the required travel operations, technologies, vendors, policies, and integrations for the standalone Robotics organization. The role is responsible for ensuring strong implementation governance, market readiness, service quality, and smooth post-go‑live stabilization, all in alignment with defined operating procedures and SLAs.

This position reports to Global Head of Travel & Expense - Robotics
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead the global end‑to‑end implementation of the Robotics Expense Management solution, including SAP Concur configuration, expense policy design, audit rules, workflows, integrations, corporate card setup, data migration, and operational readiness for all Robotics countries.
Own market deployment governance, managing rollout plans, readiness assessments, milestones, cutover activities, testing cycles, UAT execution, hyper care, acceptance criteria, and timely resolution of escalations, incidents, and change requests.
Gather and translate business and country requirements by collaborating with T&E, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Tax, and external partners to define policies, approval flows, payment processes, audit setup, data integrations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Drive change management and user enablement through stakeholder communications, training, knowledge articles, FAQs, and end‑user support, ensuring strong adoption, policy compliance, and seamless user experience.
Lead post‑go‑live stabilization and ongoing operations, monitoring SLAs, service performance, compliance, user behavior, and process KPIs while ensuring standardized, well‑controlled, and scalable expense management operations across all markets.
Qualifications for the role
Any bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field.
7-10 years in corporate travel management, travel technology implementation, or TMC operations with multi-country rollout experience.
Strong experience with tools like Concur Travel/OBT, GDS/TMC operations, and documentation/knowledge management.
Skilled in global program/project management, vendor coordination, SLA governance, and cross‑functional stakeholder management (IT/HR/Finance/Procurement).
Experience in change management, training design, and supporting complex transformations such as separations or carveouts.
Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages (preferred), and ability to work effectively across global time zones.
