Existing Installations Manager Technical

We are looking for an experienced Existing Installations Manager – Technical to lead technical service operations and manage teams supporting elevators, escalators, and moving walks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical experts for existing installations and upgrades
• Resolve complex technical and on-site issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Oversee inspections, testing, and technical performance
• Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and technical best practices

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of overall experience in the elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation industry
• 4–5+ years of experience managing Service Operations
• Strong exposure to the Service Business
• Experience in leading and managing technical teams
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator/escalator installations, upgrades, and modernization
• Good planning, prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business and technical acumen

Qualification:

• Diploma or B.E. in a relevant Engineering discipline
