Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Sales Manager at Bajaj Life. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing sales strategies, building and managing a sales team(Insurance Consultants). The role involves identifying sales opportunities, overseeing team performance, providing coaching, meeting sales targets, and preparing regular performance reports. Need to be resident of Murshidabad.
Qualifications
- Strong Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Auditing, and Sales Coaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
