Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exim Sales Freight Forwarding professional based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing export and import operations for clients, coordinating freight forwarding services, and offering exceptional customer service. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and freight transportation services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
- Strong knowledge of Export and Forwarding operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding roles is beneficial
