Job Description

  • 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with significant experience in insurance platform modernization.
  • Hands-on architecture experience with EIS Suite (Skylark) in production environments.
  • Proven integration of Earnix for advanced pricing/rating and decisioning at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of P&C insurance domains: policy admin, underwriting, rating, billing, and claims.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-phase migrations from legacy to modern platforms.
  • Expertise in security, compliance, and data privacy within regulated environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills across business and technology.
