Exhibition Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate resource capability, availability, and timelines on assigned projects.
• Regularly audit project progress using ClickUp or dashboards to track adherence to timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify projects at risk and initiate corrective actions swiftly.
• Track, measure, and report resource utilization across projects using dashboards and reporting templates.
• Analyze resource efficiency and productivity levels, recommending corrective measures to maintain optimal turnaround times and quality.
• Oversee intake of client briefs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.
• Implement processes for quality checks and minimize rework.
• Generate clear, insightful reporting and dashboards (Looker/Excel) to enable data-driven operational decisions.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leads, project teams, and leadership to ensure operational alignment.
