Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Delhi, India for an Exhibition Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for driving exhibition sales by identifying, approaching, and securing exhibitors and sponsors, nurturing client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Tasks will include lead generation, contract negotiation, regular follow-ups, and working closely with the event management team to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Reporting, market analysis, and maintaining databases will also be key areas of involvement.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals
  • Knowledge of event management and project coordination, ensuring alignment between the sales and events teams
  • Analytical thinking, market research, and understanding of industry trends to identify and target potential exhibitors and sponsors
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to manage client relationships effectively and represent the company
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for client management and reporting
  • Results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Relevant experience in sales and/or event management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
