Exhibition Sales & Revenue Generation
•Drive sales of exhibition booth spaces across assigned exhibitions and trade shows.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
•Identify and acquire new exhibitors through market research, networking, and direct
outreach.
•Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, industry databases, and
business networking.
•Convert prospects into confirmed exhibitors through effective sales presentations and
negotiations.
•Promote premium booth locations and value-added participation opportunities.
Business Development
•Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective exhibitors.
•Identify emerging market segments and new business opportunities.
•Build relationships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business communities to
enhance exhibitor participation.
•Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective exhibitors.
•Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable exhibition participation
solutions.
•Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
•Drive repeat participation and long-term partnerships with exhibitors
Account Management
•Manage the complete exhibitor lifecycle from lead generation to participation confirmation.
•Ensure timely submission of contracts, documentation, and payment collections.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and participation of exhibitors.
•Address client concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
•Monitor achievement against sales targets and provide regular pipeline updates.
•Analyze event performance and recommend strategies to maximize exhibitor participation
and revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
•2–4 years of proven experience in Exhibition Sales.
•Strong understanding of exhibition booth sales and exhibitor acquisition.
•Experience in B2B sales, event sales, or media sales will be an added advantage.
