Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef based in Salem. The Executive Sous Chef will manage daily culinary operations, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory control, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the Head Chef to create exquisite dishes. The Executive Sous Chef will also mentor and train kitchen staff, oversee food cost management, and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience.
