Role Description
We are looking for a Executive to buy products that are essential for our Furniture Handicraft Unit day-to-day operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Purchase Executive responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you're identifying the most profitable offers. Ultimately, you'll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel and MS Word.
Proficient in applying Filters, Knowledge of V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Table.
Very good communication skills and tele calling work.
Committed to work and result oriented work approach.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
Proficient in researching over internet

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
- Familiarity with furniture design, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to the dynamic needs of the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus
