Executive - Warehouse Operations - Cold Chain

. To handle day to day operations for Inbound/Outbound/Inventory operational work across the site with driving excellence, process, and implementation of operational compliances as per customer needs/ SOP/ policies & procedures of the company or Government.
. To deliver significant change management solutions, and ongoing cultural change in site operation Team.
. Daily MIS reporting to customer and internal stake holders.
. 5S management on floor operations.
. To monitor/ drive and achieve KPI's and SLA as per the agreed understanding with customers.
. Responsible for 100% inventory accuracy management in the site.
. Ensuring 100% safety for the site.
