• Verify and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review order details, including product quantity, pricing, and delivery schedules before order processing.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and locations based on inventory availability and business requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory movements, and stock transfer transactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams to streamline operational processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, and stock allocation in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities to avoid shortages and delays.
• Contribute to operational efficiency through continuous improvement of order verification and inventory management processes.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for order management, inventory control, and customer service.
