Job Description Invoicing Executive
- Generate and process invoices accurately in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Verify order details, pricing, and taxes before invoice generation to minimize errors.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and sales teams for smooth billing operations.
- Maintain invoicing records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in month-end reconciliation and reporting for financial accuracy.
