Job Description

Job responsibility will be as under ;

  • Inventory valuation (FG)
  • Monitoring and analysis of other inventory related aspects
  • Posting accounting entries of all transactions
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register and computation of depreciation
  • Vendor ledger monitoring for capital advances given
  • Monitoring and ensuring proper accounting of realization of all benefits relating to export of goods
  • Filing of monthly and annual GST returns
  • Regular monitoring of invoice mismatch/deferred statement to ensure proper ITC claim and no pendency of booking of invoice
  • Preparation of various MIS, Stock statement for bank DP etc.
