Job Summary
We're seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong travel expertise to manage key accounts, partner relationships, client servicing & travel operations. The role involves handling day-to-day travel bookings, client coordination, managing escalations, and ensuring high service quality across all travel-related engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Operations Domain Knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of travel products such as Airport Transfers, flights, hotels, Visa, ground transport, and travel policies
- Stay updated with industry trends, supplier policies, and operational best practices
- Assist clients with travel-related queries and solutions
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
- Maintain clear communication with clients during escalations and issue resolution
Partner & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, airlines, hotels, and service providers
- Manage partner communications, follow-ups, and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to agreed service standards and turnaround times
- Support negotiations, documentation, and partner onboarding as required
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, client presentations, and service performance updates
- Use MS Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Create professional client documents and presentations using MS Word & PowerPoint
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, escalations, and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in travel, corporate travel, or client servicing roles
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities
