Job Title: Executive Trainee

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 0-1 yr

Reporting to: Growth Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a hungry, street-smart l Executive Trainee to build and scale our business. This role is about opening doors, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships from channel partners,corporate and institutions.

If you enjoy selling with purpose, building relationships from scratch, and seeing direct impact on revenue, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Business Growth

Grow B2B and corporate sales, including corporate gifting, bulk orders, offices, institutions, and brand partnerships

Identify and onboard new corporate accounts, distributors, and strategic partners

Pitch our products and brand story confidently to CXOs, HR teams, admin teams, and procurement heads

Own the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, sampling, negotiation, closure, and repeat orders

Partnerships & Growth

Build relationships with agencies handling corporate gifting, events, and employee engagement

Explore new growth channels like cafeterias, co-working spaces, schools, gyms, airlines, hotels, etc.

Work closely with marketing and ops to create B2B-specific offerings, packs, and proposals

Account Management

Nurture existing B2B clients to drive repeat and larger orders

Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for fulfillment and timelines

Maintain basic CRM and sales tracking

What We're Looking For

01 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or partnerships

Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, gifting, D2C, or consumer brands is a strong plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

High ownership mindset you like taking responsibility, not instructions
