Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
