ROLE OVERVIEW/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quantity Survey – Prepare accurate project cost estimates based on drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Budget & Margin Control – Ensure project costing meets company margin and profitability targets.
- Technical Coordination – Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Execution teams for costing inputs.
- Risk Assessment – Identify technical, commercial, and site-related risks affecting project cost.
- Cost Documentation & Analysis – Maintain costing records, analyze project costs, and support continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
B.Tech / M.Tech in one of the following disciplines
- Mechanical/Architectural/Civil Engineering
- 1 - 6 Years of experience.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Mandatory).
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Good commercial awareness, including margin understanding and vendor cost analysis.
