Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling, interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand the desired candidate profiles. Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and interview process. Negotiation and Offer Management:
Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits discussions.
Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate and client interactions. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and candidate success. Generate allotted revenue target each month.
