Job Description

Conduct product presentations and live demos for customers and channel partners in a professional manner.
2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, or a related IT/software domain.
Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant product capabilities and solutions.
Participate in technical discussions and address basic product and solution-related queries.
Coordinate POCs with customers, sales teams, and OEM pre-sales teams.
Coordinate post-sales implementation, deployment, and technical support with customers and OEM teams.
Support the sales team with customer meetings, demos, proposals, and technical discussions.
Support channel partners with product demonstrations, training, and technical enablement.
Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, features, capabilities, and latest updates.
Develop a good understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and related solutions.
Prepare product presentations, technical documents, POC reports, and basic RFP/RFI responses.
Communicate effectively with customers, partners, sales, and OEM teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
