Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented
IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the hiring needs of technical departments and create job descriptions accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry hiring trends, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance records.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
