Supply Planning-

1. Monthly Supply Plan Generation for all sources - Baddi, WADA and OPC as per agreed logic for FG's and Spares.

2. Monthly Prioirty Plan Generation for all sources

3. RM - PM breakdown for imported and domestic RMs

4. Supporting RM Coverage as per plan by 10th of the month in coordination with purchase

5. Plan compliance ownership for WADA

Inventory Management -

1. Monthly RM Analysis and RM inventory Control

1. Monthly Plan Compliance & SFG support for AP Global

2. Vanity Production

Distribution Planning -

1. Dispatch Planning from Baddi, Wada and OPC ensuring RSL Compliance and OFR ownership.

2. Month End Coordination for billing through flipping support with commercial and once weekly.

MIS & Other Initiatives

1. MDG Management / Code Creations / Blocking and Unblocking.

2. Resovling IT issue facing during material production or inward in plant.

3. Weekly RM- PM Coverage against plan for Baddi and Bhiwandi for coordination between Purchase and Production

4. Opening Cover for Forecast and Safety Stock - Monthly

5. SCM - Plan vs Actual - Daily & YTD - Monthly.

6. BOM Updation / Changes in SAP.

7. Preparing Dispatch plan.
