Job Description

DEPARTMENT: Strategy

PRIMARY LOCATION: Mumbai

JOB SUMMARY:

This role requires understanding of the key brand requirements from consumers lens and providing adequate measures in order to seize possible opportunities for business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaisioning with various stakeholders (clients, internal etc.) to put together data in various formats for analytics
  • Running econometric models for driving consumer insights
  • Preparing brand strategies using advanced modelling with insights taken from multiple researches to address issues and help clients grow successful brands
  • Helping establish Havas Media as a data centric, agile organization leveraging data across multiple channels and media to drive consumer insights
  • Analyzing digital campaigns promoted by brand team using the data from Media Agency along with parallel consumer research
  • Expertise in effectively preparing industry reports, designing questionnaire and discussion guide, monitoring field work, analyzing data and generating valuable insights across industries
  • Promote cross-media analysis to understand synergy impact between different media channels

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Post-Graduation in Communication/Advertising/Mass Media/Any other discipline, related professional courses would be an advantage
  • Worked in a market research agency in a client servicing role or in a media / ad agency in an insights and strategy role will be a plus
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Statistical packages such as SPSS / R / SAS / XLSTAT / Python
  • Superior comfort with processing data and running tools such as TGI and GWI
  • Understanding of at least two of the following techniques – correspondence analysis, segmentation, linear regression, CHAID, classification techniques, random forest
  • Understanding of Excel- pivot tables – knowledge of programming would be a plus
