Executive -Stores & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling & Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and goods.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage of materials.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions when required.

2. Inward & Outward Logistics

Ensure timely inward entry of materials with proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) documentation.

Plan and coordinate dispatches as per production and customer requirements.

Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and related dispatch documents.

Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.

Follow ups with vendor for material on time delivery.

3. Documentation & System Management

Maintain accurate records of inward/outward transactions in ERP or Excel.

Ensure all documents (PO, GRN, DC, invoice, gate pass, etc.) are properly filed and traceable.

. Raising the PO's

Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

4. Housekeeping & Compliance

Ensure materials are stored in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Follow company safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Support 5S, Zoho Inventory and other lean inventory practices.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.

Hands-on experience in Zoho inventory /ERP / SAP / Tally / Excel-based inventory systems.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / Diploma in Material Management).

Preferred Background:

Experience in manufacturing / chemical / Pharma / process industry stores operations.

Knowledge of safety and material handling procedures
