Job Description

Debonair Group is seeking a dedicated Executive/Sr. Executive – Welfare & Compliance to support employee well-being and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and social standards across its production units.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensure workers welfare and maintain a healthy workplace environment
• Handle workers issues and grievances promptly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain attendance, leave, and welfare-related records accurately
• Coordinate welfare facilities (medical, canteen, childcare, etc.)
  
  

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
  
  

Others Requirements

• Age: 25 - 37 years
• Gender: Female
• Training/Course: MS Office
• Area of Expertise: HR & Welfare Compliance
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 2 - 3 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
• HR & Welfare Compliance
• Area of Business: Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
  
  

Workplace: Work at Office
