Job Description
- Handle full range of technical sales support questions (products, process, or industry).
- Independently handle Customer complaints with complete closure till claims.
- Interface with customers to provide product information and instructions.
- Provide backup support to other technicians & applicators.
- Prepare and send work schedule for processing weekly reports.
- Review technician reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, and completion.
- Maintain documentation for internal cataloguing procedures and local standards.
- Assist dealer, direct or end user service personnel in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical/application
