We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Executive – Google Ads to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for better performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions
- Prepare and share performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Client Servicing) for integrated campaigns
- Manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to client goals, budgets, and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword planners
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Must be comfortable working from the office
