Executive / Senior Executive – Operations
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory Qualification
- MBA in Travel & Tourism from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Experience in handling Domestic Holidays, International Holidays and MICE operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for Domestic and International tour packages.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transporters, destination management companies (DMCs) and other travel partners.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and travel documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance and other travel formalities.
- Execute FIT, Group, Corporate and MICE travel requirements efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely confirmations.
- Deliver seamless travel experiences by providing operational support before, during and after travel.
- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Ensure timely completion of all travel-related documentation and operational processes.
