Executive/ Sr Executive - MIS Homecare

Role Summary

Medanta Homecare is looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Data Analyst to manage and analyze operational and business data for the Homecare Physiotherapy team. The role involves generating MIS reports, tracking productivity and therapist productivity, managing incentive payouts, monitoring patient payments and renewals, and providing actionable insights to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Track and analyze performance, numbers , and key operational KPIs.

• Monitor productivity, utilization, and performance metrics.

• Calculate and validate monthly incentive payouts.

• Track patients data and renewal status.

• Maintain clinic-wise operational data and ensure data accuracy.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support decision-making.

• Automate reports and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis.

• Experience in healthcare or homecare is preferred.

Skills Required

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas)

• Power BI (preferred)

• SQL (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
