Job Description:
- Co-ordination with customers and vendors
- Thorough knowledge of Export Documentation
- Additional knowledge in operating in Logisys software, E-Sanchit document uploading in Icegate
- Good knowledge of customs regulation and incentive schemes for export
- Re-export shipment handling
- Odex operation of form 13 and documents handover in the system
- Maintaining customers DSR
- Experience of handling re-export under sec 69 and sec 74
- Good email communication skills
- Ensure timely accrual of vendor invoice in Meridian and payments to the vendors
- Timely updating of data in Meridian
- Submission of job files withing the KPI of 5 day
- Arranging Certificate of Origin on time
- Co-ordinating with the forwarding & Project teams with regards to shipment handling.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
- 2 years of demonstrated experience of CHB operations
- 10-12 std pass depending on the experience in the field of operation
