Role Overview:
We are looking for candidates who are curious sports professional and have genuine interest in sports culture and endurance communities with understanding of athlete motivations.
Work Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention across all endurance sport segments.
- Identify and manage partnerships with brand ambassadors, micro-influencers, running clubs, cycling groups, swimming communities, and triathlon associations.
- Coordinate event marketing including marathon, cycling race, triathlon, and swimming meet sponsorships plus local community events.
- Create compelling content resonating with diverse athlete personas; ensure each sport segment feels represented and valued.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis; translate insights into actionable marketing plans and stay ahead of trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BBA with specialization in Marketing or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Fresher to 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
