Role Summary

HP's People Organization is seeking an experienced Executive Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Executive Recruiting Team. The Executive Sourcing Specialist partners with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of senior talent (Director+). This role drives proactive market intelligence, competitive mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies to support critical leadership hiring and long-term succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite searches
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence across priority sectors
  • Build diverse, high-caliber executive pipelines aligned to future talent needs
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and leaders on role calibration and target profiles
  • Deliver tailored, high-touch outreach and maintain long-term candidate relationships
  • Provide insights on talent trends, competitor movement, and compensation benchmarks
  • Ensure a discreet, high-quality executive candidate experience

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years sourcing or recruiting experience; executive search strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing senior-level (VP+) talent in complex markets
  • Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with executive-level professionalism
  • High discretion and ability to manage confidential searches
