Executive-Sourcer( on Ranstad Contract)

We are hiring IT and Non IT Sourcer for Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai Location.

Position - Sourcer (On Randstad Payroll)

Experience required- 1-3 years

Job Responsibilities

1. Sourcing candidates on relevant job openings from various sources (naukri, IIM Jobs, Linkedin) and attract applicants.

2. Conducting the first screening interview with the sourced candidates.

3. Profiling the candidates for further validation process via ATS

4. Keeping track of internal queries raised on respective candidates and resolving them in a timely manner.

5. Identifying the candidates as the business requirement.

6. Develop a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

7. Interacting with stakeholders and giving them timely updates

8. Maintaining MIS
