Key Responsibilities-

• Track and spot trends early across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and creator ecosystems; turn them into timely content angles
• Translate pop culture + internet moments into platform-native formats (Reels, carousels, memes, stories, short clips)
• Write snackable, high-retention copy: captions, hooks, on-screen text, subtitles, comment replies, and story frames
• Create quick-turn Reels/short-form videos: scripting, shot planning, basic filming, editing and sound selection
• Design social-first creatives (carousels, story cards, meme templates) using Canva / basic Adobe templates
• Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice that feels natural to Gen Z (not forced)
• Support community management: replying, engaging, comment mining, and conversation-led posting
• Collaborate with editorial/video/design teams to take ideas from concept execution performance review
• Build a lightweight content calendar while staying flexible for real-time publishing
• Participate in brainstorms and pitch fresh formats, experiments, and creator-led ideas
• Assist with creator research, UGC discovery, and identifying potential collaboration opportunities
• People who are deeply plugged into internet culture, pop culture, trends, memes, creators, and social conversations
• Curious minds who don't just notice what's trending but want to understand why it's trending
• Individuals who think creatively and enjoy turning ideas, trends, and moments into stories, visuals, or videos
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time digital media environment
• Opinionated, experimental, and willing to try new formats instead of sticking to fixed templates
• Strong sense of authenticity and relatability, with an instinct for what feels forced vs what feels natural to Gen Z audiences
