Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Executive Service Accounting role. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad. The responsibilities include manage service accounting operations, claims processing, and material documentation activities. The role requires strong coordination skills and accuracy in handling returns, invoices, delivery challans, and service-related accounting processes. Please note its a beginner level role.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Handle Distributor & Sales return processing and maintain accurate records.
• Manage Supplier Material transactions including:
• PRN (Purchase Return Note)
• DC (Delivery Challan)
• Invoice processing
• Process and maintain Service Center and Engineer Claim Entries.
• Handle and reconcile Sales Returns transactions.
• Process and track Service Claims and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with service centers, suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in ERP/accounting systems.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audit/compliance requirements. 

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in service accounting, operations, or backend coordination.
• Knowledge of accounting entries, invoices, claims handling, and reconciliation processes.

Candidates with experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, appliances, or after-sales service operations will be preferred.
