Executive/Senior Executive, Strategic Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Strategic Communications & Partnerships team, you will play a key role in shaping how we tell stories, engage audiences, and amplify Allkin Singapore's reach and impact.

Working across strategic communications, digital marketing, public relations, and content, you will develop and deliver compelling campaigns and stories across owned, earned, and paid platforms to deepen audience affinity and public support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that strengthen Allkin's brand, visibility, advocacy, and fundraising efforts
• Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content across digital and print platforms, including social media, website, EDMs, publications, and marketing collateral.
• Manage digital marketing efforts across owned and paid platforms to grow reach, engagement, and conversions
• Manage the development of flagship publications, communication assets, publicity materials, and marketing collateral to support branding, fundraising, stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts
• Manage media relations by coordinating media opportunities, preparing press materials, and supporting public relations for key initiatives and events
• Support thought leadership and storytelling by collaborating with agency leaders to co-create content that showcases Allkin's expertise, partnerships, beneficiaries, and impact
• Plan and optimise digital marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and communications effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and beneficiaries to identify storytelling opportunities and strengthen communications capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in marketing, mass communications, public relations, or other relevant fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations role. Prior experience in a PR, integrated communications, or creative agency will be an advantage
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for different audiences and platforms
• Good understanding of strategic communications, media relations and digital marketing. Familiarity with Google Analytics will be an advantage.
• Experience creating multimedia content across written, visual, and video formats.
• Strong eye for design, branding and detail, with the ability to produce polished communications materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-motivated, organised and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
