This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive/Senior Executive Operations located in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with ambulance service providers, ensuring efficient scheduling and dispatch, and handling customer inquiries. The Executive/Senior Executive will also monitor key performance metrics, improve operational processes, and ensure quality service delivery.

• Proficiency in operational management, coordination, and process improvement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with databases and basic data analysis
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital tools for communication and coordination
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in healthcare or emergency services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, or a related field is preferred
