Job Description

  • This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
  • Ensuring accurate and timely creation of classroom/webinar sessions in the LMS prior to course commencement.
  • Ensuring the accurate assignment of courses and learning components of enrolled learners in the LMS.
  • Ensuring the assessment results in the LMS are properly synced with participants accounts.
  • Managing Zendesk tickets and addressing root causes of LMS-related issues.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for Ops Cluster staff pertaining to the LMS and TMS.
  • Supporting operational activities and processes related to the LMS and TMS.
  • Supporting stakeholders (e.g., Shared Services, Pillars, IPM staff) and learners to resolve LMS-related issues.
  • Assist with running Academy courses, with flexible compensation for any after-hours work, typically 2-4 times a year.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to changes well.
  • Meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with LMS, TMS, Zendesk, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate will be advantageous.
