Role: Executive/ Senior Executive – HR Tech
Role Purpose: The HR Tech Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's HRMS platform from an automation and process excellence perspective. The role will focus on translating HR and business processes into streamlined digital workflows, ensuring accurate and systematic data capture with minimal manual intervention. The incumbent will also drive future-ready HR technology integrations, enabling seamless connectivity of new modules, tools, and platforms adopted by Ample. This role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and external partners to implement scalable and efficient HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Management, Automation & Integrations
- Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the HRMS platform.
- Drive automation of HR processes including employee lifecycle transactions, accurate data management, workflow approvals, and reporting analytics.
- Automate processes such as onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs,
- PMS, letters, exits, and employee movement transactions.
- Lead integration of new modules, systems, or external platforms introduced in the future, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity across systems.
- Partner with IT and vendors for API integrations, data migration, and implementation of new HR technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology enablement.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Admin, Payroll, and business leaders to understand current processes and future requirements.
- Liaise with external HRMS vendors/partners for system enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, and implementation support.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for system execution.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Map and redesign HR processes for automation, scalability, and enhanced user experience.
- Ensure accurate data capture, compliance controls, approval workflows, and audit readiness within the HRMS.
- Maintain SOPs, process documents, user manuals, and system change logs.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and process adherence.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate dashboards, MIS, and HR reports for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and enable meaningful analytics through system optimization.
Training & Support
- Provide training and support to HR teams, managers, and employees on HRMS functionalities.
- Act as the first point of contact for HRMS-related queries, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of HR Operations processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Someone with a knack of handling technology, system backend work, and MIS skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy.
- Analytical skills with expertise in reporting tools, Excel, and dashboards.
- Strong communication and project management capabilities.
- Experience in HRMS/HRIS platforms, workflow automation, and system integrations will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR. Experience in HR Tech, HRMS management, automation, or HR systems implementation is an added advantage.
