Jointly accountable for the successful delivery of defining a vision of F&B Ancillary Products, across all portfolios and channels, leading to sustained margin growth in line with or exceeding budget. Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Determines customers needs and requirements as per aircraft operating.
Liaises with Akasa stakeholders light In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, IT, and other relevant departments as and when required. Work cross functionality with peers/colleagues to support training/best practices and shared opportunities.
Ensure that all complaints/Flight Report issues are taken up, addressed, and communicated back to the concerned department as and when required. Act as point of contact for customer complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Should be able to challenge the status quo to improve customer satisfaction for the airline.
Coordinate audits to ensure compliance & communicate changes to concerned depts.
Manage all communications for all catering depts. and provide support to all supply chains to ensure optimal level of customer services.
Communicating with Planning and Production Departments in respect to usage of short life and slow-moving items to minimize wastage
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or a minimum of 3 years experience in catering operations
Familiarity with various aircraft types and galley configurations
Strong understanding of food preparation and food safety standards
Proven ability to manage catering logistics efficiently
Working knowledge of relevant systems and operational tools
