Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to manage our Awards Coordination and Membership Deliverables. This dual-impact role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing outreach to hundreds of industry clients while seamlessly executing backend and on-ground event operations. You will be the primary bridge between our members, nominees, internal creative teams, and external juries to ensure flawless event execution and high member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Awards Nomination & Coordination Support

  • High-Volume Stakeholder Outreach: Drive and manage the end-to-end nomination pipeline for major industry events.
  • Nomination Management: Oversee the collection, verification, and compilation of nomination forms, marketing collaterals, and presentations for jury review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Website and Video production teams to upgrade jury portals, digital entry forms, and brand logo placements.
  • Event Execution: Provide robust backend coordination and on-ground operational support during live jury presentations and grand finale award events.
  • Post-Event Deliverables: Ensure smooth post-event closure, including sharing official awardee details, updating the company website, and organizing digital event assets.

Membership Deliverables & Client Support

  • Benefit Fulfillment: Timely delivery of membership perks across key verticals
  • Client Asset Collection: Aggressively follow up with corporate members to collect necessary digital assets, videos.
  • Event Delegate Drive: Actively engage with the existing member network to maximize member delegate registration and participation at all corporate events.
  • Financial Tracking & Reporting: Follow up on pending membership payments
  • Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate trackers for client deliverables

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Event Management, Awards Coordination, Client Relationship Management, or B2B Membership Support.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Operations & Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage massive data sets and multi-stage pipelines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for persuasive outreach.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain composure during high-stress, live on-ground event environments.
