Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in West Delhi. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing communication, performing company secretarial work, and providing executive administrative assistance. The role involves coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and offering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
