Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary for Marketing located in Kochi. The responsibilities include leading and managing Branding ad Marketing activities, meetings B to B and B to C, coordinating executive administrative functions, assisting with company secretarial work, and providing customer service. The role involves organizing schedules, planning and coordinating meetings, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in clerical tasks, including scheduling, document management, and organisation
  • Interest and expertise in branding, marketing and sales.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willingness to act in a moment's notice and have skills of adaptability and consistency
  • willingness to travel and skill to work with organizational mindset
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and external partners effectively
  • Experience in company secretarial work and managing records
  • Competence in providing executive administrative assistance, including meeting coordination
  • Customer service skills to effectively address inquiries and provide support
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools)
  • Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is a plus
  • A MBA or degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
